Open File Series Maps

Open File Series products are primarily county maps, at scales smaller than 1:24,000, done to address specific societal issues, mainly to aid counties with siting for sanitary landfills. There are also a few 1:24,000-scale quadrangle geological maps that were released in the early 1990s. As mapping priorities may change in the future, these maps may be upgraded to our IPGM and IGQ series. All of the OFS maps receive a brief internal scientific review and editing, and comply with ISGS cartographic standards at the time of public release.
